Maybe my taste buds are weaker than others but I got more of a fire than the party in your mouth! I did taste a slight amount of the citrus notes but was expecting more. My reasoning for purchasing this was because I have had other hot sauces that had those citrus notes and they were very taste, this one, for me, did not. It is a flavorful hot sauce bit in my house it isn’t an everyday use and certainly needs to be mixed with butter, etc. to soften the heat.

I'm not generally a fan of BBQ sauce but Saucy Rascals is a game changer. I added the Everyday BBQ on some pulled pork...Excellent! Tasty but not like the sticky, sweet candy taste of most store-brand BBQ sauces. This sauce also has just the right amount of heat. I'm so looking forward to trying the spicy BBQ as well as the other sauces. Saucy Rascals was a big hit with my family.

We love Saucy Rascal sauces. This sampler pack has everything you need for almost any dish. My favorite is the spicy bbq sauce. I just tried the hot sauce and teriyaki sauces, and they are also great. My wife tried Mayo-Q and loved it. Highly recommended
