INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp Cooking Oil 1 lb. Ground Beef
1 Onion, small dice
2 Garlic Cloves, microplaned
1 cup Saucy Rascals Everyday Ketchup
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tsp Salt
1 ½ tsp Worcestershire Sauce 1 ½ tsp Yellow Mustard
¼ tsp Crushed Red Pepper
¼ tsp Black Pepper
⅓ cup Water
METHOD
1. In a large skillet, heat cooking oil. Add ground beef and cook until evenly browned and broken up into smaller pieces.
2. Add onion and cook until soft, add garlic and cook until fragrant. Approximately 20 seconds.
3. Add Saucy Rascals Everyday Ketchup, brown sugar, salt, Worcestershire Sauce, yellow mustard and crushed red pepper and pepper. Add water, reduce until thick.
4. Spread butter over burger buns and toast butter side down until golden.
5. Serve on butter toasted burger buns.
