Shrimp Salad

Yield: 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS
2 lbs. Gulf Shrimp (16/20 ct), unpeeled 6 cups Water
4 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar 2 Tbsp Salt
½ cup Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Saucy Rascals Everyday Hot Sauce
⅓ cup Red Onion, small dice
⅓ cup Celery, small dice 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning 1 tsp Chives, chopped
1 tsp Tarragon, chopped 1 tsp Parsley, chopped

METHOD
1. Bring water, Old Bay Seasoning, vinegar and salt to a boil. Stir in shrimp, cover, shut off the burner and let sit for 20 minutes.
2. Rinse shrimp under cold water and let cool; peel shrimp and cut into bite sized pieces.
3. In a medium bowl, add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Fold in shrimp.
