Crab Dip

Yield: 6 Servings

8 oz. Cream Cheese, room temperature
¼ cup Saucy Rascals Mayo-Q
¼ cup Sour Cream
4 cloves garlic, grated
¼ cup Scallions, sliced
2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 ½ cup Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp Saucy Rascals Everyday Hot Sauce
1 lb. Jumbo Lump Crab Meat, fresh if possible Salt, to taste

1. Preheat oven to 350F. In a medium mixing bowl, add cream cheese and beat until smooth.
Add Saucy Rascals Mayo-Q, sour cream, garlic, scallions Old Bay, Worcestershire and lemon juice.
2. Add 1 cup cheddar cheese and hot sauce and combine thoroughly. Fold in crab meat.
3. Transfer dip to a baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese. Bake until topping is bubbling and golden on top, approximately 25 minutes. Serve with toasted bread, tortilla chips, or your favorite dipper.
