BBQ Baked Beans

Yield: 8 Servings

INGREDIENTS
½ lb. Bacon, diced
1 Onion, chopped 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
¾ cup Dark Brown Sugar 1 Tbsp Ground Cumin
1 cup Saucy Rascals Everyday BBQ Sauce
2 Tbsp Saucy Rascals Everyday Ketchup
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 tsp Saucy Rascals Everyday Hot Sauce 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
6-7 cups Pinto Beans, cooked (from 1 lb. uncooked beans) Salt and Black Pepper, to taste

METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 400o. Heat a Dutch oven or oven safe skillet over low heat,
add bacon and cook until fat renders out and bacon is crispy. Add onions and sauté until translucent and soft.
2. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, BBQ sauce, ketchup, mustard, hot sauce and vinegar. Once sugar melts, stir in cooked beans.
3. Bring mixture to a boil, remove from heat and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
4. Place Dutch oven into the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until bubbly. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
